Mystique L. VanO’Linda

Mystique Love VanO’Linda was one of the first interns to work part-time at JWA. Today, she is one of its most accomplished alumni. Mystique joined JWA to assist with office management and account services, while still a student at Clayton College and State University. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in accounting in 2001 from Clayton State, when she left our firm to pursue her own career in small business.

Currently, Mystique is the owner and operator of VanO’Linda and Associates, her accounting firm in Jonesboro, Georgia, specializing in bookkeeping and tax preparation, as well as grant writing for businesses and non-profits seeking funding for their programming. VanO’Linda and Associates was a finalist in 2006 for the Small Business of the Year Award, presented by the Clayton County Chamber of Commerce.

“I remember Mysti as a college student at Clayton State, making great grades and receiving all kinds of honors, while working for us as an intern,” says JWA President Chris Wood. “In what seems like no time at all, she’s now a wife and mother, an accomplished small business owner, and a leader in the community. What an incredible success story for a true role model.”
