HCWSA Currents

Prior to contracting with JWA for public relations counsel in 2000, the Henry County Water & Sewerage Authority (HCWSA) had not published a newsletter for direct distribution to its 54,000 customers. Today, the HCWSA Currents serves as one of the primary means for the utility to communicate ongoing news and developments to these critical stakeholders. With such a comprehensive circulation, as the newsletter is inserted quarterly into customer bills, the HCWSA Currents is arguably more “mass media” than the newspapers or broadcast/cable news outlets operating within this community.
